Wedding Inquiries

Please read the following before submitting an inquiry:

Since Incarnate Mysteries Catholic Photography has been granted proper canonical permission (see CIC, canon 216) from the diocesan bishop (see CIC, canon 381 §1) of the Diocese of Rockville Centre - the particular church in which the office of Company is located – to operate as a recognized Catholic company, we are bound to uphold the teachings and disciplines of the Catholic Church in all operations and services. In this spirit, please note the following:

  1. We only photograph weddings that follow canonical form (Nuptial Masses or Liturgy of the Word ceremonies) taking place in parish churches or a suitable space designated/approved by the diocesan bishop.

  2. Exchanges of vows or other forms of giving marital consent occurring outside canonical form (including at a reception venue, even if after the ceremony at the church) cannot be photographed.

  3. Any practices or celebrations contrary to Catholic teaching and discipline can not be photographed, even at the reception.

Incarnate Mysteries Catholic Photography does not specialize in wedding photography. We ordinarily do not do weddings. However, if you are seeking a photographer who:

  1. Understands the Sacrament of Matrimony and knows the Liturgy

  2. Will act reverently in the church and respectfully with the clergy

We are happy to discuss further options. For us, the Nuptial Mass or Liturgy of the Word service is the most important part of the day. We can offer simple packages. If you need a more comprehensive service (over 8 continuous hours of coverage, more than one photographer, booking far in advance, etc.), we recommend looking elsewhere.

Please submit the form below and we will be in contact with you shortly!
Please note that wedding inquiries must be submitted by the bride or groom.
